We are looking for a new Client Lead for our Consultancy Business Unit, to lead and develop our client relationships.
The Client Lead is responsible for the operative management and development of a client portfolio. The Client Lead leads client team resourcing and tracks the team’s workload and work satisfaction together with the Business Unit Director.
The Client Lead takes an active part in sales within the client portfolio, and has profit responsibility for the portfolio. Sales to existing clients are done together with tech and design consultants and supported by the Business Unit Director when necessary. Also, when possible, the Client Lead participates in New Business activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least a few years of working experience in leading a client portfolio and client teams. This role can be the next career step for a person eager to grow in client relationship management. We are looking for a person with the ability to plan and strategize at a senior level, and who has the desire and ability to develop new business opportunities with a people-first mindset.
