Usability and clarity were essential when designing and implementing a survey app for Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom’s national passenger travel survey.

The Finnish forest expert Tapio asked for a modern automated eCommerce solution with excellent customer experience and maintainability. The new online shop is divided into two services and integrated into the company’s ERP and financial management systems. As a result, the new online shop frees up Tapio’s people's time for more valuable work.

The Helsinki region public transit’s (HSL) city bike program’s iconical yellow bikes were put under the microscope after the pilot season was over in autumn 2016. Frantic stepped into the picture as HSL’s digital service design lead in January 2017 and took on the challenge of improving and including new features into the popular service during the next two bikeshare seasons. 

Retiring or starting a rehabilitation process is a big life change. Applying for a benefit and tracking the progress of the application process should be as easy and smooth as possible. Our client Varma, a Finnish pension insurance company, wanted to improve the customer experience of their beneficiaries, so together we embarked on a journey to develop the user experience, usability, and accessibility of their online service.
